At Record Set Play, we take pride in verifying every record sold to ensure you get exactly what you expect.
All purchases are considered final sale unless:
The item arrives damaged
The item is not as described (e.g. not sealed, incorrect edition, etc.)
If something isn't right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our support team will review your case and respond promptly.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer error.
