"The W" is the third studio album by the Wu-Tang Clan, released on November 21, 2000. Following their 1997 album "Wu-Tang Forever," the group members pursued solo projects before reconvening for this release. "The W" showcases a more rugged, less polished sound compared to some of their other works from that era. The album features guest appearances from Isaac Hayes, Redman, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg, and Junior Reid. Notably, it is the last album to feature Ol' Dirty Bastard before his passing in 2004.
