Rodrigo performed "Stick Season" on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, transforming the folk-inspired piece with her powerful, pop-centric vocal style. Her rendition, accompanied by acoustic guitars and a mandolin, retained the song's Americana feel but added her unique, emotive spin, especially during the chorus. Kahan, thrilled by the cover, praised her version as “her song now” due to how naturally it suited her performance style.

In turn, Kahan covered Rodrigo’s “Lacy,” offering a stripped-down, folk-inspired interpretation that highlighted the lyrical intensity of the track. This exchange of covers was released on limited vinyl for Record Store Day, bringing both renditions into an intimate, collectible format for fans.
