Ship to Shore is the twentieth solo studio album by British singer-songwriter and guitarist Richard Thompson, released on May 31, 2024, through New West Records.

This album follows his 2018 release, "13 Rivers," marking a significant return after a six-year hiatus.

The album showcases Thompson's versatility, blending folk rock with diverse musical influences. Notable tracks include "Trust," propelled by a Motown-style rhythm, and "Turnstile Casanova," featuring straightforward riff-rock elements. "The Old Pack Mule" draws inspiration from 1600s-era European music, while "Life's a Bloody Show" offers a cabaret-like melody reminiscent of Berlin in the 1920s.
