Serving as a continuation of Project Regeneration Vol. 1, the album features more unreleased vocals from the late Wayne Static, integrated with new music by the original lineup. Staying true to their signature "evil disco" sound, the album blends heavy industrial riffs, electronic elements, and high-energy grooves.
