Pick-Up Full of Pink Carnationsis the sixth studio album by English indie rock band The Vaccines, released on January 12, 2024, through Thirty Tigers and Super Easy.

This album marks their first release following the departure of guitarist Freddie Cowan.

The album's title was inspired by Don McLean's "American Pie," reflecting themes of lost dreams and disillusionment. Frontman Justin Young, who wrote the album while living in Los Angeles, aimed to capture the essence of the West Coast experience.
